Today in my history i buat birthday cake untuk tempahan. Very good experience for me, but still do need lots of things to learn. I buat Cotton Soft Cheese Cake with Cream Cheese topping covered with almond nibs. Simple but sweet....

Seriously Chocolate....

Salam semua, hari nie i ada tempahan for my chocolate cake. I jarang buat kek ni kecuali ada permintaan jer, kalau untuk makan x der la nak buat..But Chocolate cake ni sedap, very moist and lembut. Just for chocolate lovers......

New Look..Same Great Taste

Happy New Year.... preparing with the new look, new recipe and same great taste. Hari nie i buat kek carrot with cream cheese topping untuk minum petang. Kek ni i add sikit kacang almond bagi more crunchy munchy, sedap.. walaupun i x pernah makan carrot cake sebelum ni. Tambah pula dengan cream cheese on top, mmm...lagi la ngancam.
